Returns

If there is a problem with your order(damage, incorrect item, etc…), please let us know within 14 days (send pics) of receipt of shipment so that we can arrange for a new product or refund.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS: Because personalized/customized orders are custom made-to-order items there are no refunds for custom orders. If there is a problem with your order (like wrong item, damage, etc…) we will work with you to make things right. Please let us know within 14 days of receipt of your order if there are any problems.
